positive covid test

Update - 10.14.20
Dear Rondout Valley School Community:

Yesterday afternoon, we learned that a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
After evaluation it was determined there were no student contacts.
The person is currently isolating, and due to federal health privacy laws further information about their identity cannot be released.  We are working collaboratively with the Ulster County Department of Health, and as always, the safety of our students and staff is our highest priority.
Anyone identified as a contact of a person who tested positive will receive a call from a contact tracer.
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
Joseph Morgan
Superintendent
