Andrew Casey
Andrew Casey is running for a position on the Rondout Valley School Board.  He lives in Rosendale and is an alternate member of the planning board.  He has two children; the oldest will be starting kindergarten in the fall.  He is proud that they will be attending the same district that both of their parents did.
In his professional life he is a Psychiatric Nurse Practioner.  Rondout provided him with a solid foundation and love of learning.  He wants to ensure that it continues to to provide a safe high quality education to all students for generations to come.

I am a Life Member of the Kerhonkson Volunteer Fire Company, where I served as both Chief and President.  I currently serve as the President of the Rondout Valley Babe Ruth League, as well as President of the Friends of Historic Kerhonkson.
I reside in Kerhonkson with my wife Heather and my son David, a sophomore at Rondout Valley.

Elissa Jury
Elissa Jury and her family moved to Rondout Valley 35 years ago and their children are graduates of Rondout Valley.
Mrs. Jury retired from teaching Biology and Science Research at Rondout Valley High School.  Her experience includes work in middle school Special Education, and participation as a building representative and Board of Education member.  In addition to general BOE responsibilities she is a member of the Curriculum Committee and the Rondout Valley Educational Foundation. She is inspired to run for School Board to continue providing innovative opportunities for the teachers and students of Rondout Valley through decisions as a Board member.

Dawn Van Kleeck
Dawn and her husband reside in Kerhonkson and are proud Rondout parents and community members.  Dawn has a degree in business and works as a Director of Operations for a large telecommunications company.  Her evenings are devoted to their children, serving as a board member for the Tourette Association of Greater NY and as the Vice President Trustee of Rondout Central School Districts Board of Education.  Dawn believes all students deserve the best education possible, while keeping taxes manageable for those who live here.  She is committed to our students being successful adults and joining our beautiful community.
